General Hospital is a multi-fandom board that runs its plots in Episodes. We have one episode every so often with a topic that will run through all the threads. At the end of the episode we have a Scrubs-like ReCap Thread, and then all of the threads get put into their own episode board.

MEDICAL STAFF
Our medical staff is unrivaled in the United States, led by Dr. Bob Kelso, and his wonderful team, including Dr. Perry Cox, Dr. John Dorian, and Dr. Elliot Reid. Whether it be a case of the mumps, or a deadly tumour, no diagnosis is too big nor too small for this bunch!
DIAGNOSTICS
This year, we are pleased to be introducing Dr. Gregory House into our family. Dr. House has previously worked at New Jersey's Princeton-Plainsburough hospital, and we're estatic that he has brought his team with him. Thank you Dr. House, and we look forward to years of work with you!
EMERGENCY TREATMENT
It can be a frightening thing coming into the hospital at a moments notice. Luckily, GH has a staff of pleasant, yet efficient ER doctors. Dr. Gregory Pratt and Dr. Doug Ross, just to name a few, are joining us from Chicago this year, ensuring a wonderful start to a hopefully slow year in the ER.
SURGERY
Dr. Richard Webber, Chief of Surgery, leads a crack team of surgeons, gathered from all around the States. Dr. Preston Burke, foremost surgeon in the field of Cardiology, accompanies Dr. Derek Shepherd in a stunning group of surgeons. We also welcome Dr. Chris Turk from Sacred Heart.
PLASTIC SURGERY
In the rise of the plastic surgery age, we have recently made a deal with famous Miami surgeons, Dr. Christian Troy and Dr. Sean McNamara. Dr. Mark Sloane completes the trio, having come from Washington to join our ranks.
LAW
No hospital is presentable without lawyers, and as such GH has brought all of its business to Crane, Poole and Schmidt of Boston. Ted Buckland joins them from Sacred Heart.
INVESTORS
Along with the help of patients, it is our investors that keep this hospital on route to excellence. Joining our investors, and board this year are Jordan Sullivan and the prestigious Bluth family of sunny California!
SECURITY
Occasionally, you might find the friendly faces of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. They're security. That's all.
