Indiana Jones and the Fountain of Youth
The year is 1940. World War II rages on in Europe, and now America is starting to get involved. Recent events have forced the States to look upon the war in a more serious light, and an agreement has just been signed in order for 50 U.S. destroyers to aid the Allies. In more pressing matters, Germany has just begun bombing London, an event that will continue for 57 consecutive nights, killing countless, and setting the city aflame. Hitler is nearing the height of his Holocaust, and he is getting ready to attack the Soviet Union, breaking a non-aggression pact.
Despite what he feels is certain success, Hitler is exhausted of material wealth; he begins to realize he can't take it with him. His intense interest in the occult leads him to send out a search for the Fountain of Youth, and it's arcaine society of Protectors.
Meanwhile, back in the states, life goes on as best it can. People are starting to feel the strain of war, but luckily it's far enough away to forget it now and then. Glenn Miller and his orchestra are at the top of the charts, The Philadelphia Story is enchanting movie goers everywhere, and televisions are just becomming household items.
Barnett College is in bloom, April bringing along waves of blossoming trees and warmer air. A semester is almost at it's close, and Indiana Jones has just gotten some rather sad news: Dr. Wilhelm Dorpfeld, an old friend and collegue, has just died at the ripe old age of eighty-seven. At the funeral, he meets his daughter, Katharine Dorpfeld, a fellow archaelogist with knowledge far beyond her years. She has taken over her father's German School of Athens, and has information for Jones regarding Hitler's intentions on the mysterious Fountain of Youth.
Despite his better judgement, Indiana Jones sets off on another adventure, collegues and friends beside him, all with the common hope that they reach the Fountain before the Nazis have a chance...
